With over 30 years of experience in the field of education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role as a college consultant. My journey began with a Master’s in Education from UCLA, where I developed a deep passion for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Throughout my career, I have worn many hats—teacher, curriculum developer, teacher trainer, and tutor. I have had the privilege of working in and out of the classroom, where I taught and mentored countless elementary, middle and high school students. My experience extends to writing and designing innovative curricula tailored to meet diverse learning needs, as well as training teachers to deliver high-quality education.
 

In addition to my classroom experience, I have spent many years guiding students through the complex college admissions process. My personalized approach ensures that each student I work with receives the support they need to navigate the challenges of applications, essays, and interviews. I have successfully assisted dozens of students in gaining acceptance to their dream colleges, helping them to highlight their unique strengths and potential.
 

I also believe in giving back to the community, I have served as a Court Appointed Advocate and Educational Advocate with Voices for Children. In this role, I worked closely with foster youth, ensuring that their educational needs were met and that they had the opportunity to succeed despite the challenges they faced. This experience has deepened my commitment to equity in education and has enriched my understanding of the diverse needs of students from all walks of life.
