Learning Differences

Studying in Groups

The college search process can be overwhelming for students with learning differences, especially when considering how colleges might perceive their grades and test scores. It's important to highlight the student's strengths and challenges in their personal statement and extracurricular resume. Finding a supportive college environment is crucial, as not all colleges are equipped to meet the needs of students with learning differences.

We will approach planning for your student with learning challenges by focusing on understanding their individual needs, requesting appropriate accommodations, researching accessible institutions, preparing for college life, exploring financial aid options, and building confidence and self-advocacy skills.
